Education
Alice graduated in Law from the University of Brescia, with a final dissertation on Company Law titled “Multiple voting shares in joint stock companies”.
She is a member of the Bar Association of Brescia.
After several years of experience in other law firms, Alice joined Delex’s team, sharing its values and, above all, its enthusiasm.
Expertise
Alice assists and represents private and corporate clients, in and out of court, with a particular focus on the protection of Industrial and Intellectual Property rights and on the Information Technology Law.
Alice handles various legal claims concerning unfair competition, industrial property rights and copyright protection. Moreover, she assists clients in the draft and negotiation of license agreements and other commercial transactions, which relate to the financial aspect of industrial and intellectual property rights.
As for Information Technology Law, Alice advises corporate clients in the creation and marketing of Internet content, through the drafting of acquisition, license or distribution agreements, or through specific contractual forms, such as sponsorship and endorsement agreements.
Alice usually deals with information technology proceedings, in particular with regard to domain name infringement, online counterfeiting, and any right infringement occurring on the Internet (e.g. privacy violations, damage to the person’s image, etc.).
Thanks to her expertise in the digital transformation of private companies, Alice advises private and corporate clients with regard to smart contracts, the offer and brokering of virtual currencies (cryptocurrencies), and more generally on the management of digital products, tools and services via Blockchain.
