Giorgio Afferni, Managing Partner of Delex Law Firm, was invited to participate to the XVI edition of the Treviso Conference on Competition Law, held in Treviso in 6-7 June 2024. Giorgio spoke on the arbitrability of competition law disputes, focusing on the use of arbitration clause as a defensive instrument to prevent or render more difficult the bundling of claims. The panel was presided by Ms. Silvia Giani, President of the Section of the Tribunal of Milan specialized in competition law. In the same panel participated James Keyte of Fordham Competition Law Institute, Vito Meli of the Italian Competition Authority, Peter Roth judge at the High Court of England & Wales (Chancery Division), former President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal (UK) and Piero Fattori of Gianni & Origoni.
