Delex continues to contribute to the evolving conversation on collective redress at both international and national level.<\/p>\n

Following our participation in the\u00a0International Collective Redress Conference<\/em>\u00a0organised by the\u00a0Bar Council of England and Wales and\u00a0King\u2019s College London \u2014 where leading judges, academics and practitioners discussed the latest developments in collective litigation and litigation funding \u2014 it was particularly valuable to attend the panels and exchange views with peers across jurisdictions, with a special mention to colleagues and friends\u00a0Anthony Maton and\u00a0Scott Campbell of\u00a0Hausfeld, and\u00a0Jeremy Marshall of\u00a0Winward Litigation, for their insightful contributions.<\/p>\n

We are pleased to see these themes further explored in the Italian debate.<\/p>\n

Il Sole 24 Ore \u2013 NT + Diritto<\/em>\u00a0has published an article by Delex Managing Partners\u00a0Giorgio Afferni and\u00a0Lavinia Florimo, focusing on mass harm and the growing role of collective actions and litigation funding as essential tools to ensure effective access to justice.<\/p>\n

The contribution highlights how structured, multidisciplinary teams and innovative funding models are becoming central to managing complex, large-scale disputes \u2014 a trend increasingly recognised also in Italy.<\/p>\n

These parallel experiences reflect the accelerating momentum of collective redress frameworks.<\/p>\n
