Giorgio, who is the coordinator of the Special Interest Group of ELI on competition law, spoke of the assignment of claim as an aggregation device of multiple claims alternative to class action and as a mean of litigation funding, making clear that such a model of claim aggregation should be contemplated in all future regulation of TPLF in the EU. At the same conference, organized by professors Maria Cecilia Paglietti and Cristina Poncib\u00f2, partcipated among others Anthony J. Sebok of Cardoso Law School, Hans-Wolfang Micklitz of the European University Institute, Peter Rott of the University of Oldenburg, Elena D\u2019Alessandro of the University of Turin, and Francesco Paolo Patti of Bocconi University.
