The branch is active in the adaptation of corporate clients to the EU Regulation n. 679/2016 (GDPR), in partnership with specialized companies, providing extensive advice on every aspect and implication of the legislation governing the processing of personal data.

Delex assists and represents its private and corporate clients in proceedings before the Privacy Guarantor and in disputes before the Judicial Authority concerning the rights related to the ownership and use of personal data, including in the context of compensation, on a national and international level.
