About Silvia

Silvia is team leader of the branch specialized in Banking and Financial law. She offers her assistance and advice to individual and corporate clients in disputes with banks and financial institutions.
Careful and scrupulous professional, she has developed a deep passion for Banking Law.
The key points of her approach are attention to detail, constant search for improvement, both personal and professional, and empathy towards her addressee.

CURRICULUM

After graduating in Law from the University of Pisa, with a thesis on civil procedural law, Silvia decided to pursue her legal training at the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions at the University of Brescia, obtaining the relative diploma.

She is member of the Bar Association in Brescia.

After valuable experience in other leading law firms, Silvia joined Delex, sharing its values ​​and enthusiasm.
Silvia constantly undertakes training sessions in Banking Law regulations and follows with great attention the continuous jurisprudential evolution of the sector.

Silvia has gained extensive experience in the field of Banking Law, assisting private and corporate clients in managing conflicts and disputes against credit institutions, banks and financial intermediaries, both in out-of-court settlements and court litigation or through alternative resolution mechanisms.
Assisted by experts in econometric evaluations, Silvia provides high-level consultancy related to investments, credit lines, mortgages and leasing contracts. She also assists clients in assessing debt exposure together with the potential profiles of illegality in negotiations or the bank’s conduct.
Silvia has achieved significant results defending the interest of her clients, both in disputes regarding banking contracts and in actions for damages resulting from investment transactions in financial instruments carried out in the absence of correct investor profiling or adequate information.
